Maison Rosella, the Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of the Château de Germigney, has an identity as light as one of the park’s rose petals, blending the poetry of childhood with Francesco di Marzio’s artistic sensibility.
The coloured ink plays on airy superpositions which evoke the spirit of Rosella.
New pieces of tableware have been added to the kitchen, and the tinted pink décor welcomes the chef.
We have envisioned a large monochrome floral arrangement blooming at the back of the vaulted reception room. Foliage and petals brush the surface of the wall, brought to life by light that changes throughout the day.
